All natural Chef Paul's Magic Salt-Free Seasoning...where have you been all my life? ZERO cals/fat/sodium/carbs, but does have a little vitamin C. (no MSG or that salt-substitute, potassium iodide, either) This stuff tastes gooooood....

The plain old grocery store -- Food Lion...in the spice/marinade section. Enjoy!

Googled said item and it does indeed have some sodium and fair amount of calories. BTW, went to Chef Paul's website for information.

From the Chef Paul product website:

    -Magic Salt Free Seasoning® 5oz.
-An incredible, all purpose blend of herbs and spices, but without any salt!
-Sprinkle liberally on all foods in place of salt and pepper and enjoy the difference.
-Magic Salt Free Seasoning® contains no MSG, no salt substitutes and no preservatives.
-It's a TRUE salt free seasoning.
    -All natural and certified Kosher.

The label shows zero cals, zero everything...except vitamin C. Maybe because the serving size is too small? 1/4 tsp...
