I haven't been to body pump in like two weeks, I seriously miss it...I was thinking of going this week...did they start the new release yet?

    We are doing our release tonight :) I've been practicing for over a week & really love this one (I <3 Shinedown and so glad to see them on a track!)

    Hi, my gym started the new release this week, I did it for the first time this tonight. Seems good but hard. I think the tempo has slowed a bit in some bits but that makes it quite hard as you are doing slower reps and having to hold them if that makes sense.
