30 Day Shread

Hey everyone! I just started doing 30 Day Shred and am wondering what "category" you list this under when tracking your exercise? Previously, I had been doing turbo jam and that can be appropriately logged under "kickboxing (turbojam)." I just want to track my exercise and have an accurate idea of how many calories I have burned.

I have a HRM and burn between 200 - 240 calories...just did level 2 today and burned 234 calories. I enter my own thing in but wanted to share what I burn doing it.0
