Hey everyone! I just started doing 30 Day Shred and am wondering what "category" you list this under when tracking your exercise? Previously, I had been doing turbo jam and that can be appropriately logged under "kickboxing (turbojam)." I just want to track my exercise and have an accurate idea of how many calories I have burned.
