Does anyone have any ideas about eating healthy at a wedding, when eating multiple courses?

If I were you, I'd just enjoy myself and work off whatever I ate with exercise!
I suppose others will be telling you to drink lots of water and fill up on salad, lol, but, not me!
I say, have a great time and ENJOY!

Depends what they serve. The weddings I go to usually have a salad and a fish course before the main meal. I usually eat those, and then just the veggies from the main. What kills me is the cocktail hour before, all sorts of goodies and it is usually better than the meal! However, they ususally do have sushi, but not a great lover of it. And skip dessert except for fruit if available!

IMHO-Eat what you want. Just watch your portions. And drink lots of water. I find I eat less food when I'm well hydrated (or my stomach is full of water).
