I want to try stuffing chicken breast with laughing cow cheese ( the wedges ) but i'm not sure how to do it OR if it'll even come out good.. Has anyone tried this?

I stuff chicken breasts with all sorts of things. My favorite is panko crumbs, neufchatel cheese, a little Ranch and buffalo sauce, then coat them in more panko. Yum.

I either pound them flat, put the filling on top, then roll them up, or use kitchen shears to cut a slice into them like a pocket and fill the pocket.
  • Thank you! I'm a newbie to cooking & even newer when it comes to healthy options but I love the ideas! Thanks again!

You have to put some kind of bread crumbs because the cheese will just melt out.
You could cut up 1/4 tomato, couple mushrooms, 1/3 cup bread crumbs and cut up the cheese and add. mix all together.
Pound the chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and put the mixture in. Roll and put a toothpick in to hold it together.
bake for 30 min on 350 in a shallow pan.
