So I borrowed a lot of these exercises from what I learned during P90x and came up with my own little 'morning cardio' routine that I'll do on days when I can't go for runs (like when I'm traveling). What do you guys think? Everything is done pretty fast paced, and I usually end up sweating by the end of the workout.
Here it is:

0:30 - jumping jacks
1:00 - jab/cross/hook/uppercut
0:30 - seal jacks
1:00 - jab/cross hook uppercut
0:30 - hands-overhead calf jump
0:30 - squat-switch pickups
0:30 - high knee run
0:30 - squat switch pickups
0:30 - jumping jacks
1:00 - knee kicks (30 seconds each)
0:30 - seal jacks
1:00 - jump shots (30 seconds each)
0:30 - switch split squats
0:30 - prison pushups
0:30 - hands-overhead calf jump
1:00 - ball kicks (30 seconds each)
0:30 - heels high sprint
1:00 - squat run
0:30 - jumping jacks
0:30 - squat x press
0:30 - seal jacks
0:30 - mountain climber
0:30 - hands-overhead calf jump
0:30 - prison pushups
0:30 - run lunges
1:00 - fist series
