it is no week 3 of my 20 week cahlllenge! :)...its an open group so girls ur welcome to still join weigh ins are always on monday morning :) and feel free to add me

im now 201.4 which is great but recently idk y im easily tempted and i give in...if u got tips please share..my question is: HOW DO U GALS RESIST BINGING TEMPTATIONS AND WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS ON GETTING FIT AND STAYING MOTIVATED?..
