How am I doing?

Could you please look at the last "two" days of my food diary only and tell me how I am doing? I have been working really hard on eating right. Thank you :)

BTW: I had more carbs today (the chocolate milk) because of my long run.

    You are doing great, and while I'm not perfect either I do have a couple of suggestions:

    1) Ditch the Fiber One bars - they are going to have refined sugar in them
    2) Watch sodium. You did GREAT on Sunday! American Heart Association recommends only 1500 mg/day. The string cheese and the pita bread aren't terrible, but with your calorie budget the way it is - it will be challenging to keep the sodium under control.

    Otherwise - LOVE the diary - healthier than most I track. Great job and keep up the good work!

    Edited to offer one more suggestion - try Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Ranch Dressing (in refrigerated section near bagged salads) - healthier than Hidden Valley!
