I just started the 30 Day Shred today. I was wondering what I should log it under in my exercises. Thanks!!!

I log mine under general circut training. I'm not sure if that's correct, but I do mine after I run, so I don't work as hard on the cardio part.

I have a HRM so I just created my own. I burn between 200-240 calories in 27 mins.

Enjoy! I just started level 2 today!

I log all mine under cardio and put 25 minutes averages out to 250 calories burned.. Ive done all of the 30 day shred and now on Ripped in 30 level 3 and OMG.. You will get very BIG results.. I have my profile is the update from 2 yrs back and now. and the other pics in my album is 2 levels finshed of Ripped and my goal weight meet.. YAH.. So hang in there and enjoy the results..
  • General consensus on this website is circuit training. (That's the whole 3-2-1 program, those are the circuits.)

I see alot of people tracking it as 25-27 minutes. Where are you coming up with that total? Each circuit is 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, and 1 minute abs. That only adds up to 18 minutes. The warm up and cool down aren't that long.
