Starting a new lifestyle

Today I'm (re)starting to shed the pounds. About a week ago I found that I had a new all time high at 261#! Not a goal I'd ever planned on reaching. So I started watching things last week and then the weekend hit. With the tools this website and the Blackberry app provide I think I'll have a much easier time really keeping an eye on my progress which should help motivate me along the way. My first goal is the get down to 230#.

    We are in similar boats. I weighed in at 255 a few weeks ago and decided that was it. Now down to 245, and joined MFP today. Good luck man. Take it day by day!
