Is anyone here familiar with the use of apple cider vinegar for assisting in weight loss? a few years ago someone recommended that I try drinking some before meals, and I remember that it helped when I was trying to lose weight to join the Coast Guard. I'm just curious if anyone has an opinion on that. I'm not sure if it is actually healthy to straight up drink apple cider vinegar or not!

I had heard of it...but I think you have to be careful it's hard on your teeth.

It comes in pill form also. I took it for awhile but I don't know if it really worked or not.

My husband uses the organic apple cider vinegar as an anti-inflammatory. Not sure if it helped him loose. I personally don't care for the taste straight up. I do like it in salads and other recipes.

Ick! That would probably make me gag and then I might lose my appetite. So, yeah, it could work. I've also heard about people eating coconut oil before meals and it helps; it's super yummy and makes your skin look great.

It has to be the raw, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. I personally like Braggs ACV, but I have saw Spectrum ACV in my local health food store also.

Both are the raw, unfiltered ACV with the "mother" in it........
