Just bought a food scale.... why didn't I do this sooner?

The best $30 I've spent in a long time. I have lost 30 pounds over the last 3 months, seriously adjusting my eating habits, and incorporating exercise back into the picture. But, the thing that I noticed is that estimating the weight of a piece of chicken, steak, etc was really hard for me so I never *really* knew how much I was eating. Now I can see exactly how much my meat weighs, and it is so awesome! Wooo hooooo ....... just had to share. :)

It's amazing, isn't it? Best money I've ever spent on weight loss!

I weigh everything now. It's really surprising how often things that can be measured in cups are different when you actually weigh them, too.

I know.... the other day I was checking out those bodybugg things online. They are really expensive so I don't know that I will ever get one, but I am on the lookout for a cheaper, similar item. :)

Yayyy! My scale told me I actually was eating 30 calories of honey, NOT 60 like I thought I was!! Scales are amazing, I loooove them
