big dinner!! (& prima pasta ravioli)

throughout the day, i manage to eat healthy, small portions. but towards the end of the day my mom always makes a big dinner. i used to eat dinner at 6 but its becoming later and later when we eat. today i ate at 8:30! and i ate a lot too! will this cause me to gain weight, since im eating the most towards nighttime? but i also make myself stay awake later so that i wont be sleeping right after i eat. also, has anyone ever tried prima pasta's spinach mozzarella ravioli? its 200 calories for one cup (about 6 peices). its really filling so i think somethings wrong... lol. does anyone know if this food is healthy?

    I eat before bed all the time and I'm still losing weight. As for your question about the pasta, I haven't tried it but check the label for stuff like sodium and sugar. Almost anything can be "healthy" in moderation.

    But what is the sauce? is it included in the 200 calories? Sounds low.

    maybe if its made with whole wheat pasta and fat free ricotta cheese
  • I love those!! But I always put butter and stuff on them so they end up way more than 200 cal for me. They are ok for you, you get some calcium and vitamins, but they are kind of an empty carb really. Not too much different than any other pasta.
