Hello all!
I just wanted to know if anyone knew the actual accurate calories in the Vietnamese soup called Pho?? I googled and I am getting a range from 400-1000 calories in a bowl of soup. Someone please help and answer the question. Thanks in advance.

It depends on what kind of pho you had. What kind of meat did you eat in it? The calorie count shouldn't be too high, but the sodium will be through the roof! Ahhh, now I'm craving pho!0

Forget trying to get accurate calories for something like this unless you make it yourself!
There will be so many variations between every place that makes it.
I'd check out a serving, see how big it is, whether it has more meat, more veges, more noodles (does pho have noodles?) etc and pick the most likely entry in the database.
