Hey
I'm new. So far i'm still getting used to this lifestyle change but i like it so far. Forces me to get outside the box for meals.
I'm 5'9" and 207lbs. I'm 25 with bad knees. I want to lose weight so that i still have joints when im old. My Goal is 30lbs. I plan to start a calorie counting club with my gf's too!!
Thanks!!

It's so insanely easy you'll amaze yourself! I say this now, but I might be singing a different tune when I start to plateau! Still... this is my first calorie counting adventure and it has been the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me and I know it will be life changing. It will be for you too!0
