Hi all,

Started using MFP just over 3 months ago. Not posted any pics yet so thought I would. Managed to loose 68lbs in these past 3 months... and I think I can see a difference now.

I've gone from a 42 waist to a 38 (well squeezed into a 36 last night which is unheard of). Also had to buy a load of new clothes as my XL shirts and jumpers were just looking stupidly baggy. Gone from 285lbs to 217lbs and feeling much better for it.

Another 42lbs to my target weight... but hopefully be there in a few months.

I'm not sure where you think you're hiding your last 42lbs - cause you look pretty trim now!

I have to say I get pretty inspired and motivated when people share their photos - thanks very much!

Thanks to you all. In answer to the questions I've just been doing x3 5k runs a week (used the couch to 5k plan to build up to it), plus a short swim after each run. And then keeping to my calories on mfp. Simple maths really.. Be within calories and the weight comes off. The hard bit is the head part...ie, telling yourself it isnt worth having the extra portion (or meal in my case)!

Nice to read positive comments so cheers :)

wow you have done so well!! you said" I think I can see a difference now" I think you need new glasses if you cannot see the difference!! It is amazing!!!
Huge congratulations!! And I agree with the person that posted where are you gonna lose another 42 lbs. Seem to be pretty close to where you should be now but maybe the toning and sculpting will get you to your goal weight without making you look emaciated!

Congrats again and I'm working hard to get where youre at!!
