    I do not.
I'm scared it would throw me off the path.

I used to do this but recently have stopped. Instead if im out over the weekend and fancy a pint or an icecream i have my treat then :)
  • I totally do. I use to NEVER, but I find I don't crave as much if I have a plan and can snack on a certain day:) I don't go WAY over by any means, but I will for sure enjoy a snack:)

I try not to treat myself with food, if I want something I'll eat it, but I'm trying to cut all emotional ties with food so using it as a reward would counter-intuitive for me.

I do treat myself after weighing if I have had a loss, I don't go mad, i'm still ok on calories but I don't bother watching the carbs, fat sugar or salt...this Sunday I had crumpets, twice! Which with the rest of the days intake took me to nearly double my usual carb intake (normal intake 70g, this sundays intake 128g) I suffered for it a little but ooooooh crumpets!

BUT....if you do have a problem with food in any way then yes, its best not to view food as a treat or anything like that.

i treat my self everyday, but in moderation, like i will have a packet of crisps, but only 1 packect of walkers, i add them to my MFP diary, but it keeps me under my calories and i feel like i can carry on. I have to watch my sugar as i suffer with PCOS, but apprt from that i have small frequant treat becuase if you cut out everything your more likely to stop and not do aswell as you should x
