S.B.F. Challenge Aug 9th

Okay I know we said we weren't going to post this weekend, but I miss you guys!:cry: On days I don't post I don't do well on my eating either! I haven't gotten much exercise today. Shopped for about two hours and have been cleaning up the house. But I ate chicken strips and french fries for lunch. And we are having Stouffer's lasagna for dinner. I am really sleepy today so I don't feel like getting in a real work out. I won't get one tomorrow or on Monday either...well maybe on Monday. I'm taking my BL dvd's with me to my family's house next week so I can keep it up!

    I missed it too.

    I burned like 900 calories yesterday and then filled them up with French food. It was worth it. Today is a day off, so just a little walk.

    I miss working out!

    I can't wait to get back on schedule. Not to mention I haven't been offsetting the food enjoyment I've been having with working out. I feel bloaty and cranky from the extra sodium.

    Heading home tomorrow. Then Monday it's back to normal!

    I've enjoyed the visit down here, but I find I really miss my set routine. And workouts! (I guess I'm officially a gym addict.:wink: )

    Okay, I went ahead and stepped on the scale this morning (the 10th). Since I am pregnant I will only see it going up from here probably, so I decided to see where I was. I have lost less than half a pound over the last five weeks of working out 5 times a week and eating 1200-1400 calories! Ugh! Frustrating! Stupid scale. I told my hubby to throw it away! I should look at the bright side: I am about 11 pounds lighter than I was last time I got pregnant and I am planning on trying not to get as big as I did last time.
    Also my arms and legs have definition and my buns are smaller. I am sure I will see some things shrink and my tummy get bigger over the next nine months, but that's okay.
    I just had to vent.
