3 oz tyson diced chicken
1/2 cup safeway select four cheese sauce

mix and heat together in small skillet

1 eggplant, skinned and diced
2 tbs margarine

saute until mushy,
salt, pepper, garlic to taste

serve together, sprinkling with grated parmesan

approx 2 servings, 230 cals each (or one big meal for 460)
