STUCK!

I have been stuck at between 180.2 and 180.6 for 3 days now (I weigh myself everyday). I have been eating 1300-1400 calories a day (my BMR is 1640) and burning 500-600 calories a day! Any idea of anything I can do to move the scale down. My goal was to be under 180 by the day after tomorrow and I really want to achieve this goal!

Eat more protein and fiber and leafy veggies for a couple days eat closer to your calorie goal and lift some weights, and do crunches with a small 2 to 5 lb weight on your chest. that's what worked for me when I plateau'd at 146.8 and 146.2 back and forth (drove me nuts). now I am 145.2. I am going to change up my eating again and continue the weights and cardio. Hope it helps!! :flowerforyou:0
