Falling off the wagon....

I know that for some, stress and eating go hand in hand but I have felt that when I get stressed I go out and walk. These past few weeks have been incredibly stressful and I have fallen off of the weight loss wagon. I have not weighed in for two weeks and I have not tracked....I think that I need some sunshine and motivation. I have been going to the gym faithfully so at least I am doing something right

Well you've got one habit down that most find tough--the gym! Keep that up, and remind yourself each time you walk through those doors that it is YOUR TIME when you are there.
We all fall off the wagon every now and again and sometimes every week. 90% on track, 10% off, that's the best advice I've seen on here.0 -
Yes, you ARE doing something right. Keep doing it, and everything else will fall back into place. You can do this - you WILL do this!0
