I just go with whatever I like. I don't need a certain tempo to keep me going, just music that makes me happy in the brainzzzz! It cracks me up when my "shuffle" moves from Kenny Rogers (the Gambler) to Motley Crue (Dr. Feelgood). :-)

Nugent, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Scorps, Sound track from Heavy Metal, Shiny Toy Guns. Maybe I'm a lil old school, I guess but it works for me.

LOTS of techno/anything with a good beat, like Usher, uhhh.. black eyed peas, lady gaga, some Katy Perry, and a little Kesha. Not usually my typical music choices, but like I said, anything with a good bumpin' beat makes my adrenaline jump up at just the right time. :)

Power Quest, Dragonland, Sabaton, Dream Evil, Firewind and other bands of the power metal variety. On occasion, I also blare some orchestrated songs from the game Wild Arms.
