Adaptable light snack

If I feel like I need to indulge all I do is take a fat free yoghurt, and pour it into a small bowl (or glass if you feel fancy).
Then spice it up with whatever you like best.

I always use raisins, almonds and branflakes. Adding a type of cereal helps fill you up.

I know its not really a recipe, more of an open ended suggestion, but its great if you have a sweet tooth!

    I love yogurt as a light but filling snack. I love vanilla yogurt with a little bit of chocolate shreds OR granola. Yummy! Its also really good with fresh fruit.

    One graham cracker square with some peanut butter. You can add slices of banana or raisins, honey & cinnamon.
