Want to lose 1 inch off your waist in just over a week? If so, I have the perfect little 20 second exercise for you.
Before I get to it, I'll let you in on what you can expect from doing just this one exercise and changing nothing else.
You can expect to lose about 1 inch from your waist in 8 days. You can do this exercise anywhere and at any time. Finally, this exercise will only take 20 seconds of your time each time you do it.
What is this exercise? It's called the "vacuum pose". Here's how to do it.
You can do it one of three different ways. You can do it standing up, sitting down, or on your hands and knees. It doesn't matter. I prefer doing it standing up.
So get in the position you want. Next, you will focus your attention on your belly button and nothing else. Now, while focusing on your belly button, you suck in your belly. The key to this is to lead with your belly button. Suck in your belly starting with your belly button. Now visualize your belly button getting sucked into your lower back. Once you've done all of that, hold that "sucked in" position for 15-20 seconds. You can do it longer if you want, but it's not necessary.
Please understand that this is different from just sucking in your belly.
For the best results, repeat the vacuum pose for a total of at least 3 minutes each day. So you'll need to do it 9 times for 20 seconds each at a minimum.
The great thing about this is that you don't have to do it all at once. You can do 20 seconds of it when you wake up, 20 seconds before you go to work, 20 seconds at lunch, etc. Just get your 3 minutes in each day. By day 8, you should've lost 1 inch from your waist. And, if you decide to do more, say 10 minutes of this each day, even better results will happen.
Please note, this isn't a weight loss exercise. This is purely to lose 1 inch from your waist in 8 days.
People have reported losing 3-4 inches just using this one exercise. Just to let you know, it seems that 3-4 inches is about the limit you can lose using just this exercise by itself. So give it a try and lose a quick inch from your waist.

Sounds like they're just training people to keep their abs tensed....0

Exercise is exercise.
Flexing your muscles is a good way to build them. When you weight lift, you pretty much are flexing your muscles. If you try to flex and workout, you get more out of it. (Try flexing your abs when you do crunches.)
Point is, just flatout flexing your muscles has proven to build muscle. I don't see why this will not work.0 -
No sure. But it is simple enough that I am willing to try it.0
