All the portions are measured in cups, what is this in metric?

I bought a bunch of measures from poundland which includes a cup measurement! U could probably buy them at any shop with a kitchen section. Hope this helps!:happy:0

taht is not for food int he database but rather for your weight and goals. What is entered in the DB is what is in the DB, no conversions offered unless it is in the drop down list of serving sizes entered.0 -
You can change all measurements to metric in the settings screen. Click the button way up top.0
