Start tracking your measurements, the scale weighs everything bones muscle, fat, organs & water. We retain water like a mo-fo. I posted a video on my page on how to take measurements. I guarantee with the way u exercise and eat u are losing inches. Don't get discouraged just find another way to track your progress, I good u weren't weighing yourself everyday???

I agree, since joining this site I have only lost 5 pounds andi only weigh once a week and I have noticed
that I have lost inches, My inner thighs are slowly shrinking (Happy Dance) and my boobs have shrunk
and my tummy too. I wish I would of measured all areas but I never do it right lol. My calf's are getting firm
too. I may try to measure tonight or is it best to measure in the am before getting dressed?

I haven't taken measurements once since I started in August. HOWEVER, I know I'm burning fat by the way my clothes fit. I'm also down to a size medium in sweats. That's also a good way to know you're losing inches, it's all in the way your clothes fit.

I agree, the scale is barely moving but, my fat clothes are very, very loose! my boss told me it looks like I have lost 40-50 pounds but I have only lost 25 pounds since July 2010.
