Hi all,
I've had a rough week. I have just been wanting to eat and eat. I don't know if it's the meds I'm taking or Aunt Flow or maybe I'm depressed. I am feeling better today so I am going to do Taebo. (Too cold for a walk...at least for me!) I feel discouraged because I probably gained a pound or two...or three over the weekend. I did worse this weekend than Thanksgiving weekend! I am really wanting to meet my Christmas goal, but if I have any more weeks or even days like this then I don't know that I will make it. I'm just really bummed. :frown:

We all hit bumps on our way.
Keep your chin up. I guarantee you'll feel better after a workout.
And regarding Auntie Flow...some of the other ladies here helped me by suggesting that I take an extra multivitamin during the special time. It has really helped with my "starving feeling" that my Aunt brings with her.

You can do this!!! I know I was feeling that way to. Tired, depressed and wanted everything. But you can get over the hump. Put the guilt away it happens and refocus. One of my favorite ways to help ge4t over thant is to look at a recipe book and find some healthy, tasty meals that I haven't tried before. I am not a cook but I feel like I am splurging if I am trying something new and it is good for my family. Take Vivia's advice and take a supplement. If you have been feeling hungry check your calories that can help to. One last reminder keep drinking that water.

I feel your pain! I had a HORRIBLE weekend! I think I ate everything sweet in site! It seems that when I start to do bad, I continue to do bad for the rest of the day! I don't know if it's because I feel that I can't fix what I did so why not cheat for whatever is left that day or what!?! But, when I have a bad weekend, it sure does motivate me on Monday morning!! So, I'm still working towards my Christmas goal and planning on working extra hard at the gym tonight! So, again, I feel your pain! But let's do something about it rather than dwell in what we can't undo!! :bigsmile:

I would say the eating thing is a compo of all of the things that you said.
A lot of people get depressed at this time of year, Some Drs call it Sad, others think it is the Christmas thing. I think it is both.
Now the fact that it is that time of month, You are takeing Meds, AND you are trying to lose weight. WOW, that is a lot for one little body to take all at once.
When I have those days, and YES WEEKS!!! I try, YES TRY! to eat a lot of fruit and veggies. If I am doing the pacman immitation anyway, I might as well be eating something that is good for me. :smooched:

Thanks for all your support! I managed to get 30 minutes of Taebo abs & glutes in. I know I am going to hurt tomorrow! I don't seem to be desiring to eat as much today as I have in the last few days, so that's a good sign.
