I started at 249 in January and just celebrated my halfway mark with 40 pounds lost as of Monday.

Here is a shot of me last year:

And this was from Sunday minus 40 pounds:

My gear is a lot baggier now. Going to wait until I lose the other 40 before I buy new gear though, that stuff is expensive.

    Thanks y'all!

Oh, as an added bonus, I'm getting better gas mileage now too.

Winner for coolest before and current/after pic, without even considering the weight loss number. Good job!

Great job and that gear is expensive. The yamaha dealer near my house has a spring swap this weekend where people come on Sunday and can swap or sell in the parking lot. I am hoping to find something affordable there becasue I still have a ways to go but my old gear is on the smallest the velcro will go and is falling off. Maybe there is something like that near you.

Congrats! job well done. Nice bike. What kind is it? Looks like you can get a good lean in the turns.

Thanks! Top one is a 91 Honda CB750 Nighthawk. She was totaled last fall though when I was hit by a car, I walked.

The bottom is an 07 Suzuki Bandit 1250. I've since picked up another Nighthawk as well, but she's in rough shape.
