Am I drinking "too" much water today?

Hey guys,
For some reason today out of all days I've been super thirsty so from 8am till now (1:45pm) I've drank almost 4L of water. My coworker is nagging at me and telling me I'm going to drawn LOL but since I haven't had one of these days like ever :happy: my question is aside from possibly having to sleep on the toilet tonight am I really at risk here, considering I will drinking a lot more water before the end of the day?

Drinking too much water is only a risk when you consume too much at one time.0

Did you have a lot of sodium in your eating yesterday?
If you're thirsty - drink it up! There are much worse things you could be choosing than 4L of water, that's for sure!0 -
I know the feeling... I'm 3L in so far today, and have been to the bathroom like 6 times.0

i drink a couple gallons a day. hyponatremia would be your only real concern but it would take a lot more than consuming 4L of water a day to go into serious sodium deficiency.0

As long as you stop drinking it a couple hours before bed you will be fine0

Not to freak you out but if it continues, you may want to talk to your doctor as being really thirsty can be a symptom of diabetes....I'm sure it's not but just to be on the safe side0
