    5'3" with a goal of 115. *sigh*

Me too. Why do you sigh?

Because I have a looong road ahead of me. I'm currently at about 149.

    Hi,
I'm 5'10 and I was advised by my doctor that anywhere between 145-165 is good. I tend to look too skinny at 145lbs...so I'm trying to go for 155 to 160.
    Hope this helps

    5'4" 115 lbs

I'm 5.4 ..... mine is between 128 and 135, and 128 is directly in the middle of the normal BMI

I'm '5"3 and my goal weight is 130. I've gotten down to 120ish in the past and I looked like a lollipop. I'm going for a more human look this time around.

5' 1... First goal is 150.. then I'm moving to 130... I read on a BMI sight that my weight should be 112- 130 no higher for my height.. but I'm very comfortable at 150. Just taking it slow so I don't give up again.

5'9" and 140 lb. That is the weight that I felt most comfortable in my body.
I have 60 lbs to lose. Should be done next week!

Funny, I wonder how most people decide on a goal weight. I'm only half an inch taller than you and also thought it seemed reasonable to shoot for the middle of healthy BMI.

I'm a stumpy ex-wrestler. Back in my prime I was 185 or so at about 12% BF and that's my goal again.

    5'6" 185 @ 12% BF

Granted, I think I have less lean mass now so I might need to get to 165-170 to do that now days.

I just checked ... Halfway would be 128.7. I'm at 132 right now. I think it would be neat to hit 125 just to see what it feels like!

5'3-5'4" ish, and my "magic number" is 122, although, I'm going to wait and see, I could be perfectly content at 135 with my build. :)

well on a good day I'm 5'4" and at the moment my target weight is to get to 145lb which will put me into "normal" BMI range
after that we will see where we go, I don't want it to be that high that if I gain a lb or 2 I am overweight again, but also
I have no idea how "good" I will look at that sort of weight, or how I will feel.
