Any comments? I try and follow my blood type but I'm type A and it's pretty extreme for me.

I'm Type O Negative and love the diet.

Of course, it's primarily a carnivore so it works well for me. I definitely feel healthier when I follow it.

It looks like someone just trying to sell a bunch of supplements and books.

I'll have to dig into but this is the first time I've ever heard of a diet by blood type... Does that make sense to anybody?

EDIT: No, I'm not bashing it. I don't even know what it is. I reading the blogs as we speak.

Jenn, there is a book called "Eating Right for Your Blood Type". It's very interesting to read the theory behind the diet for your type. It's been out a while so you could probably find it at a used bookstore. Good Luck!

So I read a good part of it and it's very interesting. Showing studies that basically type A people (like me) are screwed (lol) and type O people are pretty well off. I'm not exactly dismissing this, well, im not dissming it at all. I can agree certain factors take place but I think it's multiple factors and not just blood types. Althought the studies were compelling.

One thing I don't understand and it really did not explain it is, why can't I drink fluids during my meals? I saw it on the FAQs then I tried to find it in the blogs. There was no explaination for it.

I also found it interesting A LOT of the things "I'm not supposed to eat" I already don't like. Is that fate or science haha

it realy should be for every blood type. just imagine your tummy like an engine, watered down gas does not work as effectivly. If you drink a half hour before you eat than it'll be back to it's normal state of acidity before you eat and your body digests it properly.

I don't know much about it, but it sure sounds interesting.
