New to P90x and have a question....

A friend of ours burned all the discs for my husband and I, but we have none of the paper work etc. to go with them. Is there a specific order we are supposed to do them in. Should we do it everyday, a few days a week? Do you do more then 1 of the workouts at a time?

We have done the cardio x and the one for abs, but that's all we have tried so far. Any help would be appreciated.
