I'm sure this comes to no suprise, as I posted a board about it earlier - I got the Zumba Fitness Wii game! And it kicked my *kitten* (pardon my french).
However, should I track my Zumba as dancing?? i
Why is it not in our exercise database? Silly.

I have been tracking the game and the class as dance-general. I got a HRM today, so I'm hoping it will be more accurate next time I go.0

I track it as aerobics general0

before getting an HRM I would track it as dancing fast..0

I posted about the same thing. I logged it as aerobic dancing - what do you think?0

I added Zumba to the database last week. I've been using the entry I loaded. Can no one else see it?0

OK, well duh me. I created it under my own exercises, but do not have the option of adding it to the database like you can food. That sucks. Well, anyway, I wore my HRM for the last two weeks, and here are my numbers just as a starting point for anyone that is interested.
4/11/11 - 1:03:33 - 534 calories
4/18/11 - 0:59:37 - 558 calories
So from this, I calculate that I burn approximately 546 calories per hour long Zumba class.0
