Anyone with TurboFire tried the 5-day inferno plan included in your package?? I'm thinking of trying it, but can't decide if I should do it with the diet in the plan, or just my regular 1300 calorie diet. The diet included in the plan ranges from about 1100 to 1250 calories a day. Anyone wanna do it with me???

    hi fallenexoh,
first time poster here --- i just received my turbo fire in the mail yesterday. the upcoming week is pretty crazy for me so i plan to start the program May 1st. I want to start with the Inferno plan too so if you'd like a buddy, feel free to add me. :)

as for your question, i think if you stick with that 1200 calorie, clean-eating range, you should be good to go. have you started any of the turbo fire workouts? if so, how do you find them. I've been doing turbo jam on and off since Feb and while i loved it, I felt like i need something a bit more challenging.

sure ill do it as well. we can all start together i had it for a while but i dont use it often because i seem to be so busy (or maybe thats an excuse). I think iwill stick to my 1200 calorie diet but you can feel free to add me :)
  • TF is an intense but VERY FUN workout. When you do the program, if you are following a 1200 calorie diet and finding that your weight loss is suffering, keep in mind that you may need MORE calories. I know it seems counterintuitive, but it's very true. When I was doing P90X and taking in 1300 calories/day, my weight loss stopped. I picked it back up to nearly 1900 cals/day and started losing again. I lost a total of 28 pounds by eating clean, taking in enough calories, and working out to awesome programs like TF!
