Hello, I'm new

Hello to all of you. I'm new to Myfitnesspal. I'm 52 and that brings new challenges to weight loss!!!!. My body has shifted and loosing weight is not as easy as when I was 25. I work in an office, so sitting at a desk all day does not help. My children are now adults, That mean's coming home does not involve dinner, homework, cleaning etc... It's been a long winter and time for summer. I want to transform my body with the new challenges life has given me. I'm in OK shape and weight, but really need to tone some areas. Not looking to be 100 lbs (weight I was on my wedding day), I really don't pay attention to the scales, It is how I feel and how my clothes fit that is important to me. The newly aquired muffin top and saggy arms are my nemisis.
