    I had the same problem with being hungry at night and just made sure that my evening meal filled me up enough.

    If you like fish then salmon or tuna is great with veg or a salad and then an early night so you forget about food (thats if your still hungry) : )

    I try to keep enough calories left over for a bowl of instant grits as my evening snack. I am always hungry at night, and the grits fill me up and keep me full, so I don't wake up starving in the morning.

    Snacking... find some very low calorie vegetable you like and snack on it.

    Like me, 5 baby carrots an hour.
