HRM and metal detectors?

I am going to Busch Gardens tomorrow and I was just wondering if anybody knows if the transmitter on my heart rate monitor will set off the metal detector? Should I just wait and put it on when I get there?

    Yes it will set it off, and I would put it on after you get there....Saves annoying time with people wanding you and stuff!
