I am a cyclist. Do I need to worry about my sugar intake if I am burning between 500-1500+ kals a day

    I think as a general rule for everyone, added sugars should be a very limited part of our diets.

    No one should consuming refined sugar.
  • Added sugar should considered an indulgence and treated accordingly. I wouldn't worry about the naturally occurring sugar in fruits, vegetables and dairy, though.
