I just saw it on Facebook like, twice this week!! I'm not interested in following it, I eat how I eat. Is it another lemon detox diet?

One of my co-workers mentioned it to me, when the subject of weight loss came up. I'd never heard of it before.
Reading up on it a bit, I found that it doesn't seem to have any real scientific evidence behind it.0 -
That's what I'm finding as I read. I'm ab- and I typically eat the way it describes anyway. Weeeeird. I love the crazy diets that pop up.0

It references real studies which is interesting. I'm not on the diet but it is a little interesting.
I really don't believe a blood type alone as a factor solves the weight epidemic. I've concluded people like new things... or really old things.
The way I see it, it's just another way to eat health. If you look at the recipes, they just make you eat healthier like you would on a normal diet. You cut out something for this group and for this group. Bam! New diet created!
Eh, whatever it takes to make people eat healthy.0 -
