From what I read yesterday, do more toning exercises and get more fiber.0

WATER!
Less sodium, less sugar, less caffeine, more water.
Also, no meat. Works for me at least.0 -
cut down on the diary0

I have the same problem even after heavy doses of fiber and well over 8 glasses of water. I noticed it more when I started eating more flax-products. Could be a coincidence. I was almost in pain from it before Zumba the other night but was "cured" of it within ten minutes of class. So...yeah...exercise it out?0

Hah. Exercise actually MAKES me bloat. I go from relatively flat to preggo-size within 10 minutes of hardcore exercise.0

For prevention, I try to have a 1/2 cup of fiber one every day. For treatment, I do some particular yoga poses that are great for relieving gas, if that's what it is: http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/yogapractice/windrelieving.asp (make sure you read the comments re: which leg to do first.) Regular twisting poses seem to help for prevention, too.0

This usually works for me too. And a little more exercise than you normally do.0 -
Peppermint tea!
When do you drink the tea? after being bloated? Or before eating the bloat inducing foods?0 -
I just asked my dr the same question and he recommeded more fiber going to try and see if that works for me!0

When I stopped eating gluten, I was not bloated and felt much better. As with some of the other posts, less dairy too. I know I have a lactose intolerance and most likely a gluten intolerance. Two of my kids are allergic to gluten, wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, and soy. Must run in the family! Good luck. Figure out what works for you to feel good. I did!!0

Dairy and too much sodium comes to mind....I'd say more fiber if you aren't taking a lot in already ( though you may be bloated bc of too much fiber and not enough water and exercise to go with it) and water and exercise....that's how I got rid of it for me:))0
