Quit Smoking the end of August 2010 and decided to make some more serious changes in my lifestyle. Eat good food and do the best that I could do to make my body healthier. I broke my back in 08 after my husband died. I put on the pounds and at one point I was up to over 170 pounds. I have slowly worked my way back to a normal weight. I am within 15 pounds, give or take, from my goal. I have lots of support and now this site has given me more tools to accomplish my goals.

Why I Want To Get In Shape?
I am only half way through my life, I want the second half to rock and roll.

I love this site and know that I will have the support and encouragement one needs to succeed.
