good morning everyone- i have just ONE more day till my kids go back to school- hooray!!! so i think i will try to do something fun with them today.

Okay weekly goals:
Workout 5-7 times this week, 4 cardio, 2 pilates, and one tennis??
Stay in my calorie range and drink drink drink! Water that is!

    Good Mornin'!

    I hope everyone had a great weekend :smile:
    This week's goals are: Cardio 4-5x, Pilates/yoga 2x followed by strength training; with a 20 min walk before each.
    Keep practicing portion control, that means measuring for me, and plan snacks for less temptations. Ooooh, I made those 88 calories brownies yesterday......yummy!
