I just found an AWESOME article with some new moves for my boot camp workouts, and I thought I would share! Each of the links gives picture descriptions on how to do different types of core moves.

Hi Sigra! Thanks so much for the info. I went to the link and did a quick scan of the info you sent below and it's actually what i've been looking for. I'm a newbie so anything i can get that's simplified is 'a-okay" with me! However, I had to come back and let your know how much i appreciate this!
