I am 25 years old and I weigh 181.2 I'm finally realizing that I need to get down to a healthy weight because I'm realizing that I'm always tired! excited about the site and i'm very hopeful that It will help me in my weightloss

    Welcome! And good for you for making time for you! My advice is to take one day at a time. That is what I do and live by. I know that some days we do really good and some days we don't...and as long as you don't get stuck in a rut and just remember that Tomorrow is a NEW DAY and a fresh start you can't go wrong. I know a lot of people think that if they eat bad for one meal then the day is ruined. But that is NOT true. When I overeat I try to do a second workout and I try to eat healthier for the rest of the day and then I just get back on track the next day and make sure I stick to my calories and workouts.
