Yesterday, I ate all my recommended calories plus my exercise calories. Then later last night, I realized that I had forgotten all about a tall glass of milk that I had at dinner. When I went to log that in, that pushed me 200 calories over.
Today, I burnt 580 calories, according to the equipment at the gym. Let's say I actually burned 500, and plan on eating those back. Should I plan on eating just 300, because I went 200 over yesterday?
I've been on this plan for almost two weeks, and have actually GAINED weight, so I really want to see some results soon!
