Labor Day Challenge!!!---Update---

SO...thought I'd try and start a new thread for us to all update on how we are doing for the Labor Day Challenge. We have 3 weeks remaining, and I honestly don't know if I will reach my goal. I should be able to reach my original goal, but my weight loss has slowed durastically which will make it a little more difficult to reach my revised goal. Here's the stats:

Started Challenge: 174 pounds
Today (8/11): 169 pounds
Original goal: 167 pounds
Revised goal: 162 pounds
Total lost--5 pounds
Total remaining (until original)--2 pounds
Total remaining (until revised)--7 pounds
SO...should be able to hit the original no problem, but may not reach the revised goal. But, I will work really hard and hope for some weigh loss! It's hard because I am SURE I'm gaining muscle as well...I've incorporated weights into my workouts and can actually SEE the muscles getting bigger!

    I don't remember exactly when we started, but I know that I was on a standstill.

    I have been re-evaluating my life and I really haven't done anything with it and that is about to change.

    I am ready for my new life to begin and I am going to work my *kitten* off for it and get it to where I want it to be!

    I started this challenge with you guys, but haven't checked in. Life has been more than hectic and dramatic, and my emotional eating got away with me. I've gained back all but 8 pounds of the 15 I had lost, and today lost 1 pound!

    Start MFP: 237
    Current: 228 (Errrrr, WAS 222)
    Goal: 170
    LBC goal: 220

    We'll see!

    What's been working??? Walking 4 miles per day and logging everything I eat!!

    SO...here's where I am for the Labor Day Challenge! Only 2 more weeks!!!!

    Start of Challenge (7/8)--174 pounds
    Last week (8/11)--169 pounds
    Today (8/18)--166.5 pounds
    Original goal--167 pounds
    New goal--162 pounds

    Total lost--7.5 pounds
    Total remaining--4.5 pounds

    Can I lose 4.5 pounds in 2 weeks? I think I can! I think I can! I WILL!!!! Let's do it friends!!!!!:drinker:
