So, I have really been struggling to lose my weight this time (3rd baby)..... Though I haven't lost much, in the way of pounds or inches, I have been trying really hard since December. I'm trying to enjoy my time with my kids before I have to go back to work, rather than be consumed with weight loss......

I went to a seminar on a great wellness product last night (even invested in the company)...... But while I was there, another woman I had never met asked how old my kids were, and when I told her 8, 2 and 8 months, she was genuinely shocked. She said "Wow! you look really good", and she didn't even know about the emergency section or 6 weeks in NICU, or surgery in January, or the fact that I literally did not sleep for more than 15 minutes at a time for 7 months!!!! I looked drained when I started the 30 day shred, and these people I had never met though I looked pulled together and energetic!!!!! Felt great to have someone say something other than "Oh, you don't look well", or "Are you not feeling well", or "Oh, you are so pale"....... Was so nice to know that mom to mom, someone thought I looked good.....

Motivation to keep on truckin!!!! I'll get there, it's just taking longer than anticipated!!!!
