Mini NSV

So today I tried on a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in two years. I used to not even be able to button them at all and could barely pull them over my thighs.

When I tried them on today I got them to button! They are still a little tight and created a muffin top lol but just the fact that I am so close to being able to wear them again just made my day :happy: :happy: :happy:

Anyone else have any NSV today or recently?? I would love to hear some

That is great! You are doing an awesome job!! What a great feeling getting into smaller sizes. I was able to wear a pair a capris a couple weeks ago that I hadn't been able to wear in a couple of years. It is an even better feeling than seeing the scale go down! Keep up the good work!!

I have a pair of jeans like that... I have yet to try them back on. :ohwell: I'm afraid they still won't fit and I'll get overy discouraged by it.

Awesome! I've also been digging some of my "skinny" pants out of the back of the closet, and they are starting to fit again. WOOT! Glad I held on to them instead of tossing them out!

Today, I am wearing a pair of pants that I haven't been able to fit into for 3 years and a top that in the past I had students at my school asking if I was "pregnant." I don't look pregnant now!!

Last summer I had bought an outfit (capri like dress pants and a top) to wear back to work (I work at a school) that I really loved and when school started It didnt fit I had just bought a size I guessed myself to be and didnt try it on the store so anyway when I went back to work it did not fit I was really upset and with spring weather starting I decided to try it on two weeks ago and it fit perfectly so I was finally able to wear it to work after nine months, Thanks for asking Congrats on your NSV they sure keep us motivated along the way

Congrats!! I love that. My mini nsv for the day is that I am wearing a size 6 pants. Its not the most amazing thing in the world, but it seems like it wasn't that long ago I was sporting size 22/24. I bought them at a second hand store yesterday that only has brand name higher end clothes which is great but I also purchased a size 8 (which is my normal size) that were just a little snug. But sure smiled when I saw the size 6 tag this morning!
