I hope I don't sound like the wicked witch of the west here, but as much as I would like to feel heartened by this post, seeing as how I've only lost about 5 lbs in almost 10 weeks, it's extremely unlikely when you lose 5 lbs to have lost all of it in fat. Usually it's a combination of muscle mass, fat, and water. So it'd probably be more accurate to picture a 3 lb fat model or something...
Fair enough...but we could all use some extra motivation and I'd rather think that's what it isPower of positive thinking! I don't care exactly what it looks like as long as I'm shrinking, doing it in a healthy manner, feeling good and am inspired to keep on going.
