Hello all,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been doing WW for the past 5 months and have lost a total of 26 lbs. I have not lost for the past 2 weeks. I have been playing with the same pound. up and down. A friend suggest that I count and track my calories to see actually how much I am eating and burning. I still have 20 to 30 lbs. to go and don't want to lose hope with this stand still. Love that I can track with an app right on my phone!!! Counting calories is so much different then ww points.
